Shipping & Returns

We ship Australia-wide. Standard delivery is $10 flat, and free on orders over $99. Express delivery is $15.

Every bottle is blended and hand-filled to order, so please allow 1 to 2 business days before dispatch. Once posted, standard delivery typically arrives within 2 to 8 business days and express within 1 to 4, depending on where you are. You will receive confirmation by email when your order is on its way.

We do not currently ship outside Australia.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email info@nassimperfumes.com.au with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage.

Because every bottle is hand-filled to order and fragrance is a hygiene-sensitive product, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully: the Scent Finder can help you choose, and you are always welcome to sample anything at our counter in Elizabeth City Centre before you buy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality where the failure is not major. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
